Can I ship to APO/FPO?
Yes, we ship only jewelry items to APO/FPO. We DO NOT ship fragrance/perfume items to APO/FPO. USPS Express Mail is not available to APO/FPO because it requires your signature.

Why is my credit card charged more than one time for an order?
While it may appear that you've been charged more than one time for an order, the pending charges you noticed on your credit card are actually an authorization. Authorizations are the initial communication between our billing system and your card issuing bank's billing system. While you may see multiple pending charges in your account, only one charge will be deducted after the authorization is completed. Please note that authorizations can remain in your account for 1-2 weeks, depending on your card issuing bank. You may contact your bank to confirm the charge for your purchase with NewOutlet.com.

Why is my credit card charged for an order that is cancelled or declined?
If your order has been cancelled or declined, the pending amount that you've noticed is only an authorization, not an actual charge. Authorization occurs between our billing system and your bank's billing system to ensure that the necessary funds are available in your account before the order is charged. Because the order has been cancelled or declined, the pending authorization will not result in a charge. Authorization can remain in your account for 1-2 weeks, depending on your card issuing bank. You may wish to contact your bank to confirm the authorization and to check on its status.

Do I have to pay "Sales Tax"?
If order is shipped to New York state, you must pay 8.375% sales tax on your order. If order is shipped outside of New York state, there will be no sales tax.

What is your return policy?
NewOutlet.com jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase, we guarantee to either exchange your purchase or provide you with a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within a 30-day of purchase. Simply return it to us, no question asked. You will be responsible for all shipping charges of the returning merchandise. Items that have been worn, damaged and/or altered will not be refunded nor exchanged. We are confident that upon receipt of your order you will love our unique jewelry. We inspect all items for damages and quality before they are shipped.

How do I return/exchange my order?
  1. Indicate the reason for your return. Include original gift box and packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please write your email address and/or full name on a piece of paper.
  2. To avoid unexpected shipping loss, item(s) must return with a tracking number. Insure the merchandise properly. Any package that has not been received by us and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
